A / D or ← / → steer. W / S pull in or ease the mainsheet. T restores auto trim. Turn through the wind to tack; the sailor ducks, crosses the cockpit, and settles on the new windward side. Gybes also trigger an automatic crossing.

Hold Shift to hike in manual mode. H toggles hiking assist. Hiking balances the sail’s force; easing the mainsheet depowers the boat. Too much heel costs speed and can capsize you. Hold R for 2.5 seconds to right the boat.

The green arrow above points toward the true wind source, relative to your bow. The boat icon always points up. Sailing straight toward that arrow puts you into the wind.

Pass within 22 m of all four marks in order. Your race clock keeps running during capsize recovery.
